| Indisputably the longest history in the Hawke’s Bay real estate scene rests with the family Harvey who since 1918 when the late William Harvey acquired the land agency business of W J Tabuteau (which was established in 1887) and in so doing founded the firm Harvey Fulton and Hill Estate Agents and Auctioneers. Over the years the business was developed into a national franchise under the stewardship of Ross Harvey AREINZ a third generation family member to serve in the industry. Having sold the National Auckland based franchise company a number of years ago, Ross moved back to his home patch – Hawke’s Bay and has established a dynamic market presence with his ‘Team Peak4Property’. Along with Terry Coxon with whom a long association has been established and who for the past 10 years was Harveys Hawke’s Bay Franchisee the two veterans of the industry have established a joint venture which is contemporary in its image and patriotic by its name and brand.
